All warranty claims are subject to FPXlabs Tech’s authorization and occur at our sole discretion only.

Along with excellent products and a choice of over 300 SKUs, we provide our customers with a warranty period of 1 year/ 6 months/ 3 months depending on the product category.

QUESTION: WHAT DOES THE FPXlabs WARRANTY COVER?

Answer: At FPXlabs, we cover all claims that are considered a manufacturer defect. To put it simply, if you had a problem because of workmanship, then we would cover it. However, if you broke your headphones because they were mistreated or subjected to hostile environments then your issue would not be covered under warranty.

QUESTION: HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEM TO FPXlabs?

Answer: Once you file a claim, you will get a follow-up email with all of your warranty information as well as our shipping address. You will be responsible for safely shipping your item to us.

We recommend using the smallest packaging possible and highly recommend getting a tracking number for your shipment. Once we process your claim, we offer free shipping for your replacement item to your registered address.

QUESTION: HOW LONG DOES THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKE?

Answer: While the processing time can vary depending on many factors such as timely shipment from your end, most claims take 2-3 weeks door to door.

QUESTION: WHAT IS A PROOF OF PURCHASE?

Answer: A proof of purchase is anything that shows when and where you purchased the item. We only require a proof of purchase for battery powered items that fall under our 1-year limited warranty. We require this to verify warranty coverage and to ensure that your items were purchased from an authorized retailer.

Cancellation Policy

In keeping with our longstanding belief of customer satisfaction, it is important to us to ensure each of our customers have a fulfilling experience. We, therefore, follow a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
